    Sweet story from my brother, yesterday a pizza place my brother worked for got a call for pizza with everything.

    They really did mean unlimited so some people would try to game the system. I'm talking 2-3 inches thick full of toppings, PACKED DOWN.

    Now this place I worked at had only a thin crust option to get people their food fast, thus also a conveyor belt oven rather than a fire brick oven.

    The problem is while yes it can fit into the conveyor oven, the crust and ingredients don't cook at all.

    What does come out is just a wet, undercooked crust, soaked with the topping's juices.

    Firing it a second time doesn't help because now you're just boiling the thing due to all the juice.

    Firing it a third time would just make the crust just burn on the outside and be still raw inside and soaking wet. similarly to the toppings would also be burned outside and raw inside.
